We Need Drivers That LOVE What They Do!

Love Courier Services is currently seeking dependable, professional Independent Contract Drivers to join our growing team. This is a part-time 1099 opportunity ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

COMPENSATION

• Independent Contractor (1099) Position
• Pay is $1.20 per successfully delivered package.
• Typical routes average between 165–200 packages per day.
• Earnings are performance-based and dependent upon successful delivery completion.
• No mileage reimbursement is offered at this time.
• Additional route opportunities and package volume may be available to efficient, high-performing drivers who consistently complete their assignments successfully.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available Monday through Friday plus one weekend day of your choosing.
• Must possess a reliable SUV, van, crossover, or other vehicle with substantial cargo space.
• Mid-size and standard passenger vehicles may be considered if the driver is comfortable navigating rural and uneven terrain.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
• Must own a functioning smartphone with reliable data service.
• Must be comfortable using GPS and delivery applications.
• Must be capable of lifting, loading, and transporting packages safely.

ROUTE INFORMATION

Drivers will service a combination of suburban and rural delivery areas, including but not limited to:

• Elizabeth Lake
• Acton
• Bouquet Canyon
• Escondido
• West Palmdale
• Santa Clarita

These routes may include mountainous, rural, dirt-road, and low-signal service areas. Drivers must be comfortable navigating areas where cellular service may be temporarily limited.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL

• Have prior delivery, courier, logistics, rideshare, or route-driving experience.
• Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Remain calm and resourceful when technology, GPS, or mobile service is temporarily unavailable.
• Be highly dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong communication skills and maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and dispatch.
• Be capable of completing assigned routes in their entirety without direct supervision.
• Understand how to read maps, follow route instructions, and continue deliveries when GPS or cellular service is interrupted.

PLEASE NOTE

This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy driving, can work independently, and are comfortable servicing rural routes. Applicants who are unfamiliar with or uncomfortable driving in mountainous, remote, or low-service areas may not be a good fit for this opportunity.

Reliability, accountability, communication, and route completion are non-negotiable. Drivers must be comfortable completing assigned routes from start to finish and maintaining communication with dispatch throughout the day.
